After the installation, the contractor shall provide testing services prior to the official completion of work, as well as “as built” drawings of any components not identical to the original components. Heart Mountain Powerplant is located one mile west of Cody, Wyoming and Shoshone Powerplant located three miles west of Cody, Wyoming both in Park County.
