All inspections shall comply with all OSHA, State, and US Army Corps of Engineers requirements and guidelines and be performed in accordance with the Scope of Work. Inspection shall be completed at an agreeable time no later than September 30 2007.
All training courses shall comply with all applicable OSHA and Federal Safety Requirements for overhead and gantry crane operations. Training options will be exercised as needed and conducted in accordance with the Scope of Work.
