The hoist must be capable of hoisting 49ft BUSL dimensions but must not exceed outside width of 25ft (boat bay door is 25ft wide and 24ft high). Additionally, it must fit pier dimensions of 57ft long and 4.6ft wide. The distance between the piers, which are still in the construction process, is 17.10ft.
