Clayton has extended its range of DRH wire rope hoists from a maximum SWL of 25t up to 40t by offering a six fall version as well as a four fall version. It has also added the option of three speed lifting by incorporating a digital inverter. The hoists are typically supplied with lifting speeds of 4m/min, 1m/min and 0.4m/min, but as they are based on a modular design and custom built to clients’ lifting capacity needs, variations of SWL and lifting speeds are possible.
As with earlier DRH hoists, the new models have a polycarbonate enclosure around the rope drum to protect against dirt and dust ingress. Such is Clayton’s confidence in the reliability of the DRH range that a three year guarantee is offered on all models.
