Vitali launches lever hoist with fused brake disc

The discs are fused to opposite surfaces of the ratchet. The company claims the new design does not need to be replaced. The Kit-V models with lifting capacities of 1t and 2.5t are the first to feature the new disc brake, but it will be rolled out to the manufacturers' entire range, according to director Dennis Wong. He said that the new brake will not increase the cost of the hoist. Most of the company's 8,000 unit/month production in its Hangzhou, China-based factory is exported, Wong said.
