New crane plant in Oelsnitz goes off with a “bang”

The 120 attendees and exhibitors from Germany, Sweden and Spain, came to see presentations in on new developments in overhead crane technology, and tour the plant.

It said the informal atmosphere and evening event allowed networking opportunities for both trade press and international attendees.

In conjunction with the presentations, Bang Kransysteme introduced visitors to operations in two locations, providing guided tours of its production facilities in Oelsnitz and steel construction plant at Falkenstein.

Bang Kransysteme also took the opportunity to explain its current crane projects and production emphasis on efficiency.

In the afternoon on the second day, a representative of the mayor and the town of Oelsnitz officiated over the opening of the assembly plant, which had been built with a production area totaling 10,000sq m.

On the final ‘open day’, the Bang Kransysteme gave the public a further opportunity to get acquainted with its products.
