Air hoist assembles 1,000m of pipeline

The work was accomplished using a JDN Profi 37 Ti hoist, part of a series on offer with load capacities ranging from 250kg to 100t. The range is designed for use in potentially explosive or other dangerous atmospheres which can occur in mining, both the on- and off-shore oil industries, armaments plants, paint production, sawmills and woodworking establishments, plus foundries.

"The hoists are compact and flexible, offering excellent weight/load ratios, with the Profi 37 Ti having an all-up weight of 880kg [with a standard 10m chain length] while offering 37.5t lifting capacity," JDN said.
