Henan Seven Industry (Sevencrane) has successfully installed and commissioned two European-style single-girder overhead cranes for an unnamed Mexican customer.
One of the cranes has a lifting capacity of 10 tonnes (t), with a span of 28 metres (m) and a lifting height of 6.78m.
The other crane has a lifting capacity of 5t, sharing the same span and lifting height dimensions as the first one.
Both the cranes are primarily intended for lifting steel pipes and structural steel components.
The customer, a construction company, has expressed satisfaction with the equipment’s operational efficiency and stability, said Sevencrane.
Henan Seven Industry designs, manufactures, sells, installs, and maintains a diverse range of cranes.
Its product line includes overhead cranes, gantry cranes, spider cranes, jib cranes, portable gantry cranes, KBK cranes, electric hoists, and winches.
These products are deployed across industries such as machinery, metallurgy, power generation, railways, water conservancy, and chemical production.
Sevencrane’s products have been exported to over 60 countries and regions worldwide, including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Australia, Europe, and the Americas.
Sevencrane operates from Changyuan Crane Industrial Park in Henan Province.
The facility covers over 680,000m2 and employs more than 3,000 people.
Among these employees are over 160 middle and senior-level technicians and managers who contribute to maintaining high standards in crane production and service delivery.
Earlier this week, Sevencrane finished a 5t single girder overhead crane project for a customer in Saudi Arabia.
The equipment consists of one LD model single girder overhead crane and two CD model electric wire rope hoists. The crane has a span of 22.46m and a lifting height of 6.5m.
