Vinalift has completed the installation of a 35/5t double girder overhead crane along with its electrical system at the Hoa Phat project in Hanoi, Vietnam.

The new lifting equipment, finished and commissioned by Vinalift’s engineering team, is designed to function in industrial conditions where reliability and precision are required.

Vinalift constructed and installed the crane system to satisfy the factory’s requirements for operation in challenging environments.

The steel structure and the accompanying electrical cabinet meet industry protection standards to maintain dust resistance and thermal insulation, supporting stable performance within the facility.

The installation process involved dismantling, assembling, and aligning large-scale components to precise specifications.

Vinalift reports that all parts were manufactured and tested according to technical standards, including FEM 1.001, TCVN 4244:2005, and ISO 4301, to ensure compliance with industry requirements.

The company said: “A truly high-quality lifting system must prove its capabilities even in the most severe production environments.

“The VINALIFT team has just successfully completed the installation of the 35/5t Double Girder Overhead Crane and its electrical system at the Hoa Phat project.”

Established in 2006, Vinalift focuses on the design, production, and supply of lifting equipment and non-standard steel structures.

The company states that it aims to expand its market reach and supports the operational goals of its clients and partners across Vietnam and internationally.

In July 2025, Vinalift announced the completion of a trolley system installation within a 200t gantry crane at Ba Son Shipyard in Vietnam.

Vinalift designed and produced the trolley, using components sourced from established international suppliers.
