Pantelides will oversee SMA’s engineering and research and development groups. He brings 15 years experience in the heavy industrial, automotive and consumer-related gear markets to the role, as well as experience of working in international manufacturing operations.
He recently received a PhD in engineering management from George Washington University, and already holds a masters degree in the same subject from the same institution and a masters degree in mechanical engineering from Boston University.
