Åkerströms Björbo partners with Transmission Aquitaine
25 September 2013Remote control systems firm Åkerströms Björbo AB has partnered with French company Transmission Aquitaine, which will see the latter distribute Åkerströms’ radio remotes in France.
The partnership agreement results in Transmission Aquitaine adding Åkerströms' radio control products Remotus and Sesam, radio control for industrial and mobile applications, to its product range.
Transmission Aquitaine markets automation products across southwestern France and provides electric motors, transmissions, automats, inverters, robots, and more for industrial and agricultural applications.
Xavier Leveugle, chief executive at Transmission Aquitaine said: "Our customers constantly need new solutions in automation and transmission. This opportunity to also offer radio control systems to our existing customer base broadens our current offerings and strengthens our position further."
