Terex Construction appoints new sales and marketing director

Terex Construction has appointed Paul Macpherson to the role of sales and marketing director for its UK facility in Coventry.

Macpherson, who has more than 25 years experience in the global automotive, aerospace and construction industries, brings a wealth of experience from organisations such as Rolls Royce, JCB, Lexus and Toyota.
In his new role, Macpherson is expected to use his "extensive understanding of sales, manufacturing and distribution" to support the Terex distributor network to further drive quality and ensure customer satisfaction.

Neal Nowick, general Manager of Terex Coventry, explains: "Paul has an exceptionally strong record in developing global distribution, building sales resilience and streamlining channels to market, all of which provide clear growth opportunities for our distributor network.

"As world economies show signs of recovery, it is essential that Terex and our channel partners are well placed to deliver the products and solutions required to build growth for the future. Paul will play a key role in that journey."
Macpherson said he was joining a brand with strong heritage, a loyal distributor network and great product innovations.
