Lifting attachment specialist Mack Manufacturing has launched a new website, with clearer navigation and an increased focus on its remanufacturing business.

The update to the Mack Manufacturing website introduces new content and navigation features intended to help buyers of crane grapples and buckets to match equipment choices to their applications more easily.

“All the original content is still there,” says Matt Davidson, vice president of sales & marketing. “However, we simplified the overall navigation and expanded the links on our home page to guide visitors to the right sections for their industry.”

With a wide range of new pages focused on individual users of heavy-duty crane attachments such as log handling, steel processing and ports facilities, the revised website introduces visitors to the full range of grabs and buckets offered specifically for their application, Mack Manufacturing says. Links provided on these pages lead the visitor to detailed specifications for the chosen attachment type and model.

Davidson notes that the website’s new content also includes added insight into the manufacturer’s engineering and manufacturing processes. “People do know our products and they know our quality,” he says. “Now they can learn a bit more about how we achieve such a high standard on every unit we produce. We have a unique corporate structure that reflects the values our founder set in 1942. It’s a ‘quality first’ culture that you can’t just create overnight.”

The revised website also puts a particular spotlight on Mack’s active remanufacture and repair services. “In these times, every industry needs to extract the maximum value from every piece of equipment. Our attachment remanufacturing operation lets customers restore as-new performance to their operation without the new equipment price,” says Davidson.
