Konecranes focuses on nuclear technology and equipment at US show
24 July 2014Konecranes has highlighted its complete range of nuclear technology and equipment at the recent Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) last month.
According to the manufacturer, more than 60% of the nuclear facilities around the world use its products, with Konecranes leveraging its extensive experience and "time-proven" designs to develop an extensive line of equipment and service for nuclear power plants, nuclear waste storage and fuel processing facilities.
"Konecranes' mission is to be smarter where it matters by making technologically innovative, reliable, safe, ergonomic and high performing nuclear handling equipment," the company said. "We offer the latest evolution of cranes and equipment by designing to maximize operational capability and provide features that increase safety and are easy to operate and maintain."
