Demag DC-Pro 15 lifts more, lasts longer

Based on the electric drive and control concept of the 1,000kg DC 10, the 3,200kg DC-Pro 15 lifts at 1m per min and lowers at 4m per min.

The gearbox of the DC-Pro 15 is maintenance free for up to 10 years, or for a service life of 1,900 hours at full load. The double-encapsulated brake operates with minimum wear without requiring adjustment from users.

The slipping clutch fitted behind the brake in the drive arrangement provides users with protection against extreme overload using a monitoring system.

The design adopts galvanised round steel chain with a reinforced surface for further protection. Chain collector bags for lengths of up to 120m are also available.

Service life is extended by 20%, in a bid to increase cost effectiveness. The hoist has received FEM 2m+ classification.
