Caldwell Group, a US specialist in lifting products bets know for below the hook attachments, has strengthened its Krane-King range of gantry and wall-mounted cranes with the acquisition of Woodstock Crane & Hoist Company. Both companies are based in Illinois, USA.

Woodstock’s range of jib and gantry cranes is being integrated into Caldwell’s Krane-King product line.

Bill Nawrocki, who sold Woodstock Crane & Hoist to Caldwell, has transferred with the company and is now Caldwell’s product manager for the Krane-King line. He would not disclose the purchase price of his company.

Said Caldwell president Howard Will: “This acquisition will build on and enhance our ability to offer a complete line of lifting products from one source.”
